The staff was very amiable and polite at this place. The hotel was in an easy and exceptionally nice location, willing to provide information on transport.
We didn't like that there was elevator missing.

Location, in Kuala Kedah, is near a popular seafood that I had planned on visiting. There is a Old Town White Coffee restaurant next door which is ideal for breakfast and late night snacks or coffee. As parking is on public lots in front of the hotel, space is ample. There is a guard on duty at night to ensure that guests vehicles are looked after during the night when the whole block is closed except the hotel.
Maintenance of the room. The bathroom door made a very irritating and loud screeching noise when I opened or closed it. The air-cond also needed servicing as I felt as if the blower was not strong enough even at maximum fan speed.

clean, comfortable, cheap
the address is not complete enough~ hard to make sure to coordinate in google maps or gps~ gps only can lock on the old town beside the hotel~ they should mention this in their adress~

The room got many mosquitoes. I have killed 5, unfortunately I still get bite. The sink is outside the bath room, make me feel like sleep in the toilet..
